Collection Of Personal Information

The information collected about you is retained in a client record. The personal information in your client record includes your name, address and telephone number, social insurance number, birth date, occupation, information related to your financial institution(s), and your estimated family income and net worth. Your client record also includes the name, address and social insurance number of the beneficiar(ies) designated to receive benefits under your RESP. We only disclose your personal information to government agencies, which is reasonably necessary for you to obtain the benefits of your RESP. Personal information may be disclosed to our licensed representatives from time to time for the purposes of administering your RESP. In addition, certain personal information in a client record may be shared with the custodial parent of a beneficiary of an RESP, and with third party service providers for purposes such as the preparation and mailing of client statements, data processing and document storage, to enable them to provide their services to us.

From time to time, we may send you information about products and services offered by third parties that may be of interest to you, but we do not provide your name and contact information to any third parties for marketing purposes.
